Can I add a week?
Yes, just log into the website!
 
Can I pro rate a week by days or split weeks (have my child come from Wednesday to the next Tuesday for example)?
No
 
Can I make changes to my account?
Yes. Call the office at 617-678-0142.
 
Do you have space available for my child?
You will not be able to register your child or add weeks if the session is closed. You will see this notation on the web site when you go to register.
 
How is my child placed in a group?
During registration, you placed your child in either the Tennis Tykes, Super Tykes, Juniors, JR. ETP, or Elite Training Program. Once your child arrives at TAH and goes to his/her camp, he/she will be evaluated on Monday mornings. This evaluation process is in relation to all the other children in his/her camp and he/she will be placed with other kids of similar age and ability with an appropriate instructor.
 
My child wants to be with a friend, is this possible?
We strongly believe that a big part of the TAH camp experience is meeting and making new friends. As consequence of this, we do not make special arrangements to place friends together.
 
What are the choices for lunch?
Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, cheese pizza, chicken fingers, grilled summer vegetable wrap with humus, grilled chicken sandwich, cheese sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, tuna salad sandwich, roast beef sandwich, and eggplant parmesian sandwich. In addition, lunches include fruit, whole grain bars, and water.

Please note: TAH attempts to be a nut-free zone. We work hard with our suppliers to make sure that all snacks and food provided by TAH are nut-free.
 
When do I order lunch?
Campers can order lunch on Mondays for Monday and Tuesday and re-order or change their orders on Wednesday for Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
 
How do I change the authorized pick-up person?
Just go to the Main Desk and request to have a change made to your list of “Authorized Pick-Up Persons?and you may either tell the senior staff person who will record the change on the daily Pick-Up List or fill out, date and sign a new “Authorization to Pick-Up Form?
 
May I visit and watch my child while camp is in session?
Often, parental observation interferes with children’s abilities to concentrate and their feelings of confidence. It is best to stay for only a short while and trust that your child will have a really good experience.
 
May I bring gifts to the staff or have my child receive lessons from a staff member?
No. Staff members are not allowed to receive gifts, gratuities, or give lessons to campers or members of campers?families.
 
Can I add a week?

Do you have camp during inclement weather?
Yes, we just move everyone indoors.
