Weeknight Clinics and
Workouts - June 8 through August 6 (4 meetings per session)
Session 1: June 7-10
Session 2: June 14-July 1
Session 3: July 5 - July 22
Session 4: July 26 - August 12
Session 5: August 16-19
Refund/Credit Policy:
In the event that you must cancel and are unable to reschedule either due to a
change in plans or an injury, the following will prevail:
- You may ask for a refund in the first half of a session (each 3 weeks long).
Requests in the second half (last three classes) cannot be honored. There is
a $35 administration fee for any refund
- For Sessions 2, 3, and 4, you may request up to 2 make-up classes per three-week session. Make-ups may be done in the session on alternate days of classes. In case of injury or emergency, make-ups may also be done in the first half of the following session.
- For Sessions 1 and 5, you may request only 1 make-up classes for the week. In case of injury or emergency, for Session 1 make-ups may also be done in the first half of Session 2. For Session 5, credit for 2011 will be issued.
Any other problems which present themselves will necessitate the issuing of a
class credit to be used either during the remainder of the summer
2010 or in2011.
